The Howl
He announces the decision, adjusts the tie, tips his head back, and holds the note until the markets stop trading.
It is not in the statement. It has never been in the statement. The statement says the Committee decided to maintain the target range, and then there is a sound that every terminal on the floor renders as a flat line and a small warning icon.
Analysts have learned to price the length of it. Four seconds is neutral. Nine seconds has ended careers.
Longest recorded
Not published. The transcript for that meeting is one page and it is mostly vowels.
Pitch
Stable. Notably more stable than anything the howl is being used to describe.
The Dot Plot
Every member of the Committee submits one dot. The dots have never once agreed and this is described, publicly, as a range of views.
The dots
Anonymous. Everyone in the room knows exactly whose dot is the one out on its own, howling.
The median
Calculated with great care from a set of numbers that were, in several cases, guessed.
The outlier
Always present, always high, always quietly described afterwards as “one participant”.
Reliability
The dots are not a promise. This is stated clearly, at length, immediately after everyone has traded on them.
The Press Conference
Forty-five minutes of complete calm, delivered by an animal with visible fangs.
He takes every question. He answers none of them in a way that could be quoted against him later. Somebody asks about the path of rates and he explains, patiently, that there is no preset path, that the Committee will be guided by the data, and that he is not going to speculate. Then he tips his head back.
The room has stopped flinching. The room has, in fact, started to find it soothing, which several economists consider the most alarming development of the entire cycle.
Tie
Always straight. Straightened once, deliberately, before the howl. Traders watch the tie, not the statement.
Water glass
Untouched. It vibrates during the howl and this is now a chart on three separate terminals.
Forward Guidance
The official communication framework, in full.
A joke policy framework for a parody brand. It describes no institution, no decision and no real economic position, and it is not commentary on any actual policy.
Token Status
$HOWL has not launched. There is no contract address, no pool and no market. This panel reads UNAVAILABLE because nothing has been measured — not because a number is still loading. If anyone shows you a $HOWL contract address today, it is not ours and it is not real. When the token exists, the address will be published here first, and the buttons on this page will go live at the same moment.
The Pack
There is no pack yet. Saying otherwise would be exactly the kind of forward guidance this project refuses to give.
There is no X account, no group, no channel and no moderator. Anything currently claiming to be the official Jerome Howl community was not made by us. The single source of truth is this page, until this page says otherwise.
When the account opens, the button below stops being grey and starts being a link. Nothing else about it changes.
What exists
The brand, the concept art direction, and this page. That is the complete list.
What does not
Domain, X account, Pump.fun listing, token, contract, holders, price.
Join the pack when it opens
Brand hook, then token status, then the community, then the buy path — in that order, and not one step before it is real.
$HOWL is pre-launch. Both actions below are prepared and stay inactive until the official account and coin exist.
